Georgina found me instead. After I was told I wouldn't be able to meet her when she arrived from Milan because she would be in terminal 4, she managed to sweet talk her way into terminal 3 to find me. She was looking and feeling better. We spent a few quality hours together and then I headed at long last to my Air Canada plane home. The flight was very good, quicker than scheduled, three movies (including "My Big Fat Greek Wedding") and a decent meal. Also, the view over Greenland and Northern Canada was gorgeous and clear. Arriving in Vancouver, I noticed for the first time the mountains at the edge of the city. I always knew they were there, but this was the first time I completely saw them with open eyes and wonderment despite my forty-something hours awake. Now I await my twenty minute connection home. I'm so close, yet so far. Only a few more hours and I'll be home.
